"I can’t say enough for this gentleman. First of all he answered his phone. Secondly he was on time and kept his appointment.These are two traits, rare in today’s business world. He analyzed the situation and we unfortunately needed a new air conditioner. We’re on the beach so the salt air had done it’s job and our AC unit was ready for burial. He found us a unit which was amazing due to Covid. He came the next morning, appointment insulation was at 7:30AM he was there at 7:28 AM. Unit was installed and humming within two hours. His price was very fair. What can I say about the owner Steve: honest, fair, reliable, a man of his word and to use an old fashioned expression, Steve is an honorable man! I manage vacation rentals on the beach and have had occasions where no one even shows up when they make an appointment and to have somebody that really shows up and on time is amazing in this day and age I will never use anyone but Steve. He fixed our 17 year old unit free of charge so it could limp along until the new unit could be installed. (It was right after hurricane Irma visited Florida & many homes needed a/c's repaired or replaced.) Murdock installed our new unit a little while later and did a great job. Murdock was very professional, an expert at what he installed & educated us about everything he was doing. You would be doing yourself a great service by dealing with this company when you need routine maintenance check-ups, repairing an a/c unit or replacing your worn out unit. Great caring service."
